Tub Feeding System

This tub feeding system is designed for the automated unpacking of tubs from corrugated plastic boxes and their reliable transfer to downstream equipment such as inspection, filling, or assembly machines.

The system performs depalletizing and automatic opening of the corrugated plastic boxes, removes the contained tubs, and transfers them in a controlled manner to the outfeed conveyor. After unloading, the empty corrugated boxes are separated into flat components and transferred to a designated disposal unit. Foam or plastic intermediate layers are sorted by material and directed to the appropriate disposal containers.

Different box heights can be processed without mechanical format change.

Empty pallets are automatically stacked and prepared for removal. Both the supply of full pallets and the removal of empty pallets can be handled via AGV systems.
