Product Details

The trays on the pallet are detected by a camera system and picked up by a robot (or optionally a cobot) to be either placed onto a conveyor belt or inserted into a magazine. If required, one end of the tray can be automatically opened depending on the downstream equipment. The disposal of returned empty trays can also be integrated, for example by placing them into a container.

By using an automatic pallet change system, both the pallet and the waste container can be automatically supplied and exchanged, enabling fully unmanned operation of the system.

This solution is designed to be compact, user-friendly, and provides optimal transparency of the process flow. It complies with the specific regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. A quick-change system on the robot gripper enables short changeover times.
